Cures for common Chromebook issues

Students needing to connect their Chromebook to a network outside of school may follow these instructions.

Support regarding assignments, due dates, etc. should be directed to the student’s teacher.

Students with broken Chromebooks should call 260.306.3416, leave a message with the student’s name, grade level, a number to return a call, and a short description of the issue. Someone will call back as soon as possible to try to resolve the issue or set up a time for a spare replacement to be picked up.

WIFI access

Wifi is available to all students:

  • In the parking lot between the Jr. and Sr. High (close to the football ticket booth).

  • In the MIS parking lot nearest the Main doors. Thanks to local vendor BIT Technologies for making this happen quickly!

  • Manchester Public Library parking lot.

  • Local internet provider Metronet has graciously set up WiFi that is accessible in the Manchester Elementary School main parking lot, the signal is stronger near the building. Students just need to connect to the MANCHESTER ELEMENTARY FREE WIFI network.
