Spring Chorus Concert- May 12th!
Students who will be absent from the concert need to have an excuse submitted to Ms. H by May 6.
This can be a signed note or an email from the guardian.
Afterschool Rehearsal- Thursday, May 7
All afternoon buses (except #15 and #17) go to Metz when they finish dropping of Mayfield students. Students may stay on their regular bus and get off at Metz to attend rehearsal. When rehearsal ends at 4:15, students may ride the activity bus home or may be picked up from Metz.
Spring Concert- Tuesday, May 12
At dismissal, students will go home as they usually do. They do not need to be to Metz until 5:15, so they have plenty of time to change and get ready at home. They should arrive to the Metz auditorium by 5:15 in their concert attire. Families will not be allowed in the auditorium until 5:45, but may wait in the lobby. When the concert ends at 7:30, students need a ride home. There are no buses.

Students are to wear concert black: nice, solid black clothing for performances unless told otherwise. Contact Ms. Hellebuyck with questions or concerns.
