Dylan is a rising senior at Davidson High School.  He has performed with the marching band drumline since his freshman year. This year, Dylan has earned the position of Center Snare.

He has been an active member of Scouting America, formerly The Boy Scouts of America, since first grade.  As a result, he has developed a passion for helping others and learning new things.  He has been in leadership with Troop 227 over the past several years and was honored to be accepted into The Order of the Arrow honor society.

For his Eagle Scout Project, Dylan decided to combine his passions for music and helping others.  The culminating event will be the restoration of the marching band's trailer which houses instruments as the band travels.

Taking the path less traveled, Dylan, at only 17 years of age, decided not to go with the traditional route of asking only for donations for his project.  Instead, he is staging an event, a concert, to raise funds. Yes, this is like doing two projects in one, but again, he is very passionate about both.  Please consider attending the concert, and if you are handy, he welcomes any help with the restoration of the trailer.
