Week two is all about helping our bodies get the sensory input they need for emotional and physical regulation. Your teachers have sent home some great information on using the Zones of Regulation in the home. Below you will find some fun play activities that provide "heavy work" to calm and organize our bodies. Heavy work is just what we need to be calm, focussed and "Ready to Learn."
