Chromebooks

Clean your computer

Click on the three dots on the top right of your screen
Click on More Tools
Click on Clear browsing data
Use the image above to set the time frame make your choices
Click Clear Data and restart the Chrome browser

Shut Down Every night

Closing the lid or pressing the power button does not shut down the chromebook. If you don’t shut down your computer every night, you won’t get any updates?

Close all your tabs
Click on the time/battery icon in the bottom right corner of your monitor, and the click the power icon

Update Chrome

Click on the three dots in the top right of your screen.
Click on "Settings".
Click on "About Chrome OS" on the bottom left of the screen.
Click "Check for Updates".
Restart your computer.

Allow 3rd Party cookies

Click on the three dots on the top right of your screen
Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings
Click Cookies and Site Data
Disable Block third-party cookies
