Students will use the "Official Transcript and Counselor Recommendation Request Form"
Students will pick up a form from the person who will be assisting them with the college application process:
Collegetracks
ACES
Counseling Department
Students will complete the form with Collegetracks, ACES or the Counseling Department to make sure ALL items have been done before submitting the form to the our Registrar. Students will also turn in the Parent Release Form - FERPA to Collegetracks, ACES or Counseling.
