At Walt Whitman High School, our Physical Education and Health programs empower students to build the knowledge, skills, and habits needed for lifelong wellness. Through engaging, inclusive, and meaningful learning experiences, students develop physical literacy, explore personal health and well-being, strengthen teamwork and leadership skills, and learn to make informed decisions that support healthy, active lives. Our programs encourage every student to grow, find confidence, and discover the value of caring for both their physical and mental well-being.
