The MCPS & Wheaton ECA Mission

The MCPS Department of Student Leadership Activities aims to provide equitable access to a diverse range of student experiences (leadership, service, and extracurricular programs) in which students learn, make connections with peers and mentors, and have fun while developing skills reflected in the MCPS Future Ready Framework. We seek to support schools in creating an environment where ALL students are welcomed to participate and encouraged to broaden their engagement, resulting in increased attendance, student achievement, and sense of belonging. 

Students who are looking to start a new Club at Wheaton should have their STAFF SPONSOR email Mrs. Mason - tobii_r_mason@mcpsmd.org for more information.
