It’s that time again — ’Tis the season to give thanks and give life! The Wheaton High School Red Cross Club will be hosting our final Blood Drive of the year on Friday, December 5th, 2025, in the Auditorium.
The 2026 MCPS Educational Foundation's (MCPSEF) Student Scholarship and Awards application is now open! This scholarship closes on January 20, 2026!
Wheaton High School’s First Annual Internship & Apprenticeship Fair!

Juniors and Seniors do not miss out on the opportunity to interact employers who are seeking second semester and summer interns and apprentices! You will need to sign up with Ms. Gustin in room 1201.
Food drive: The SGA is launching Feed the Community Challenge, a schoolwide food drive competition! We need items like peanut butter, pasta, rice, canned protein, vegetables, soap, and more. Drop your donations off in your grade level assistant principal’s office. There will be prizes!
Bank of America will host a 2nd session at Wheaton HS in the auditorium on Wednesday, November 19 at 6 p.m. This session is for students AND parents!

The National Honor Society is collecting children's books. Bring non-religious and non-political children's books that are in decent condition to Ms. Z's room in 2001 to get 2 SSL hours per bag! This is open to ALL students and ALL staff! Make sure to donate!
Mutual Aid Club has been collecting and washing gently used clothing. If you are someone who wants/needs free clothes please come to 3207 on November 19th, 20th, 21st and 24th!
Starting Tuesday November 11, 2025 we will offer a homework club in the Media Center. If you need help with homework, test prep, or study skills this is your club. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:45pm to 4:00pm you can get support. Come to the Media Center.

Are you interested in watching Motorsports or Sim racing? Well, come join Wheaton's very first racing / Motorsport club, we race on simulators, watch races, and even ride inside real race cars. Come to the cafeteria any day this week to try out our racing simulator and compete against your friends for lap times. The interest meeting is on November 7th during lunch in room 3709.
