Stage Director shannon.m.fleischer@mcpsmd.net
Mrs. Fleischer is in her seventh year with Birds of Play, sharing her creativity and dedication through build crew, projects at home, and her much-loved Wednesdays at school. While her daytime job keeps her busy, she treasures Thursday evening builds and every opportunity to work alongside BOP students. This marks her first year with the program without one of her own children beside her, but supporting young performers remains a family tradition: on Saturdays, she proudly cheers on her Terp in the University of Maryland marching band.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Stage Management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.
Associate Director heidirose.i.creuziger@mcpsmd.net
Heidi-rose (Hr) (they/them) is in their sixth year with Birds of Play, supporting the program through administrative work, behind-the-scenes assistance, and creative collaboration with Mrs. Fellows. Hr especially values watching students grow as performers and as people, and treasures the opportunity to share the theatre experience with their child, Rowan. Whether working from home or joining the team in person, Hr brings humor, dedication, and heart to the BOP community. They are grateful to Mrs. Fellows for finding meaningful ways to keep them involved and to their husband, Adam, for his continued support.
Costume Director Kathryn_C_Yiallouros@mcpsmd.org
Ms. Yiallouros is excited to join Birds of Play for her first year supporting the costume team. She learned to sew as a Girl Scout and enjoys creating faithful replicas of her favorite characters’ outfits. She brings that attention to detail and love of character to her work with BOP. She is grateful to Mrs. Fellows for the opportunity to contribute and to Hr for making her feel so welcome.
Production Assistant Daniel_C_Wrublik@mcpsmd.org
Mr. Danny is in his second year with BOP and is grateful to be included in this merry band of creative souls. His first job was at the Olney Theatre at the ripe old age of 12 helping to park cars and the concession stand where he ate more ice cream than he sold. While living in Indonesia, he started acting in small roles in commercials, TV shows and movies. He also shot a few pilot sitcoms. During this time, he was teaching in international schools and directed several plays and musicals. As a production assistant, he helps out wherever needed: acting, sets or concessions. He enjoys being associated with the creative, cohesive cast and crew.
