ABOUT MR GEORGE

My name is Kedon George and I am honored and uber excited to be your new school counselor!!! I am born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. My birthday is September 24th! My parents hail from the beautiful island of Grenada. I am a recent Graduate from Washington Adventist University where I earned my  bachelor’s degree in Religion with a minor in Counseling and a Masters in Education in School Counseling. I’ve completed my internship and practicum at Montgomery County Public Schools, and will be making my professional debut at Stonegate Elementary !

 As your school counselor I am super excited to work with and support you in every way I can ! My hobbies are watching Basketball and Football. I’m a Brooklyn Nets and New York Giants fan. I also enjoy going out to try New restaurants, going to Museum's and playing video games with my friends. One secret hobby is that I am really good at Just Dance. 

As your School Counselor my professional mission to support our students, staff, administration, and parents in anyway that I can by fostering an environment that aids our community in navigating challenges, fostering growth, and cultivating a supportive environment for academic and personal success. I look forward to building relationships with our entire stone-gate community!
