Our Lunch Program
Come hang out in the media center during lunch! Monday is a mystery activity. Tuesday, we have a rotating schedule of club meetings (see the media center board for more). Wednesday, we're closed. Thursday is game day - we announce the game in advance and you can sign up to play starting the Monday before. Friday, we're cool, calm, and collected for a relaxed lunchtime.
This is what the schedule looks like for a normal week. Sometimes, there will be changes - check the board in the media center to see what's going on that week!

Sligo's Library Advisors
Come work with Ms. Natale in the media center! If you enjoy all things library-related and have a desire to help peers and staff, you should apply.
Duties Include:
attending and promoting library activities
creating advertising materials and contests
maintaining the media center (shelving books and keeping sections organized)
leading other Sligo students with responsible and respectful behavior.
Contests that don't involve reading? We have those, too!
This year we've run a bookmark design contest, and currently are starting a creative writing contest. Last year we ran a poetry contest in April, and a book cover redesign contest. We even have a Connect Four tournament.
