Justice, Law, and Society(JLS)
This program focuses on the intersection of law and justice. We learn the steps to legal analysis and how to separate facts from opinion. We serve our school community through information and community service. The JLS students have opportunities to take law and politically relevant field trips. We also work with lawyers and legal professionals as mentors and coaches. Verizon is our Corporate Legal Partner.

Justice, Law and Society
Provides students interested in careers such as law enforcement, homeland security, law, and forensics the opportunity to make real world connections like working with the Discovery Communications legal team
Students take field trips to the Supreme Court and have met with local and national congressmen
Students have the opportunity to intern at the Maryland Office of the Public Defender as well as participate in Mock Trial and Debate.
