Submit your registration form by April 29, 2025. You will receive notification within 48- hours of your registration to your email. Registration closes after April 29.
ENTER INTO WISTERIA DRIVE
We strongly suggest that all community organizations arrive by 9:00AM to park your vehicle , check-in at the front, locate your table, and begin to set-up.
Make sure to enter the entrance on Wisteria Drive (across from Circle Drive).
Go straight back-left of the parking area. You will see directional signs to the front entrance of the fair.

Check-in and table set-up begin at 9:00 AM.
Doors will open to the public approximately at 10:00 AM.
All organizations must keep their table set-up until breakdown approximately at 1:00 PM.
Community organization registration includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Please bring your own tablecloth.
Not all tables are provided with an electrical outlet. Please indicate you are requesting electricity when completing your registration.
