🕣 8:00 - 9:30am   Unloading & Parking 

We strongly suggest that all organizations & vendors arrive by 8:00am to park your vehicle , check-in at the front, locate your table, and begin to set-up. 

8am - 9:30am: Vehicles are allowed to come up to the curb at the front for unloading only until 9:30am. No vehicles will be allowed to be near the front entrance or by the curb at 9:30am.

🕣 9:30am   Parking 

After unloading, please park in the middle, or back area of the parking lot, allowing our attendees to park in the front of the parking lot.

⏰  At 9:30am anyone who isn't yet parked, will be asked to move their vehicle to the middle or back parking area to clear out the front entrance for attendees.

🕣 8:00am Set-Up & 1:00pm Break-down

Check-in and table set-up begin at 8:00 am.

Doors will open to the public approximately at 10:00 am.

We ask to please keep your table up until breakdown approximately at 1:00 pm.

Community organization registration includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Please bring your own tablecloth and signage for your table area.

Not all tables are provided with an electrical outlet. Please indicate you are requesting electricity when completing your registration.
