Submit your registration form by April 29, 2026. You will receive notification within 48- hours of your registration to your email. Registration closes after April 29.
🅿️ ENTER INTO THE EAST ENTRANCE
(Staff parking lot on the far-right side of the building)
We strongly suggest that all community organizations arrive by 8:30AM to park your vehicle , check-in at the front, locate your table, and begin to set-up.
Make sure to enter the east entrance on Old Columbia Pike.
Go straight back-right of the parking area. You will see directional signs to the staff (vendor/organization) parking, located closest to the cafeteria.

Check-in and table set-up begin at 8:30 AM.
Doors will open to the public approximately at 10:00 AM.
We ask to please keep your table up until breakdown approximately at 1:00 PM.
Community organization registration includes a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Please bring your own tablecloth for your table area.
Not all tables are provided with an electrical outlet. Please indicate you are requesting electricity when completing your registration.
Park your vehicle in the bus loop located in the front-right of the building. Please leave ample space to any nearby surrounding vehicles.
This is a designated parking area that is seperated from both the general attendee parking and our organization/vendor parking.
The front bus loop is located to feature your service in the very front of the event.
Need a connection to WiFi? No problem.
Connect to the MCPS Guest network. Open your browser. Then accept the terms and conditions that MCPS requires. Then select, enter/save.
