Click here for specific dates, times, and event details
Performers may participate in a group act or a solo act with any Rock View student(s).
Performers may participate in one act only.
Each performance will be no more that 2 minutes.
If your performance needs music suggestions, we can help.
Auditions are a casual first step of the show to help the performers prepare for their act. All performers are accepted into the show.
All performances must be school appropriate (i.e. nothing resembling a weapon and age appropriate music.)
Signing up to perform is easy!
These are the 4 steps:
Step 1: Open Electronic Audition Form
Click the button "Audition" below to open the Google audition form
Step 2: Fill Out The Form
Once the form is open it will ask you to provide the following information:
Parent email
child's name
parent phone number
teacher’s name and grade level
Step 3: Select Audition Date
We anticipate a lot of participants so in order to handle the amount of acts, we need to break up the audition into two different days:
Tuesday, February 24th
or
Wednesday, February 25th.
Select one of these dates that works best for you. We will do the best we can to accommodate your preferred date.
Confirmation of the assigned Audition date will be in your child's backpack by February 5th.
Step 4: Choose Your Act
Here is the fun part! Spend some time discussing with your child what performance they would like to do.
Will they like to be in a group act or a solo act?
We have experienced that many children enjoy performing in group acts and there is no limit to the number of performers in an act.
Some ideas are:
Dance Routine
Singing
Comedy
Magic
Karaoke
Musical Instruments
Gymnastics
Hula Hooping
Poems
Skits
Yo-yo Tricks
Karate
Juggling
Step 5 (Optional): Choose Your Music
Does your child want music for their performance?
Just let us know the song and artist. We're happy to help suggest some music options if your child needs help picking a song.
Please be advised that this is a family event, so all performances and music must be age-appropriate and will be approved at our discretion.
