Internships are unpaid, career-focused experiences during which the student becomes directly involved in a work environment related to their career of interest.
The internship program begins in the 11th grade when students get coached about how to get themselves an internship. The purpose is to have an internship before 12th grade when their internship class starts, as students MUST have an internship to be in the senior internship class.
