To register for any school-sponsored ECA, a PARENT or CAREGIVER must complete the Google Form. If you are a member of multiple clubs or activities, please submit the form for EACH activity in which you would like to be involved.  

Please note: Intramurals, Athletics, and PTSA-sponsored activities have different registration requirements. Contact those sponsors for registration information.
