If you would like to reuse the content from your 2023-2024 myMCPS Classroom courses, here is some information you need to know before this school year ends so you can start the next year strong!

New Help Desk Phone Number

The Technical Help Desk call center has a new telephone number, effective now. The new number is 240-740-9000

MCPS Internal Data Dashboard Reminder

If you are not able to see data as expected on new internal dashboards, please follow these steps to clear the browsing data in the browser used to access the new dashboard. For specific device instructions, view the Quick Guide.


Click the 3 dots in the top right corner of the screen; select menu item: Clear Browsing Data


Elementary Monitoring Dashboard

This dashboard provides interactive real-time literacy and math data to support elementary school administrators and instructional leadership teams for planning and delivery of targeted instruction. 

It may be filtered by school, teacher, class, race, special services, and gender. It also displays DIBELS, MAP, and MCPS Pathway result data. Student lists are also available and able to be exported.

Chronic Absenteeism Dashboard

This dashboard, developed in collaboration with the Office of Student Support and Well-Being (OSSWB), provides interactive real-time MCPS Chronic Absenteeism (CA) data for central office, school leadership teams, and teachers. 


Data is refreshed nightly using MSDE rules for CA. Multiple views and visualizations can be filtered by school type, race, grade level, gender, and special services.

NEW Student Graduation Validation Dashboard
(2024-2025 School Year)

The Student Graduation Validation Dashboard is designed to help high school administrators and counselors to monitor individual student progress toward the fulfillment of graduation requirements.

MCPS Internal School Safety & Security Dashboard

Coming Soon! This new internal dashboard will provide prior school year (2022-2023) safety and security information based on current MCPS Safety and Security At A Glance reports.

Synergy Outage for End of Year Process Scheduled for June 21

Synergy will be unavailable all day on Friday June 21 beginning at midnight ET for the end of year process and next school year rollover.  Synergy SIS, StudentVUE, TeacherVUE and ParentVUE will not be available for the duration of the outage. 

Enhanced Synergy Reports

U-SCD705 Elementary Enrollment by Section and Section Type: This report is enhanced to provide a list of courses, staff, linked staff and students for the 2024-2025 school year.
