MCPS Instrumental Countywide Ensembles

Here you can find information about all 14 of the regional and countywide bands, orchestras, and jazz ensembles that Montgomery County Public Schools offers to students in grades 6-12! Honors vs. All-County in MCPS
MCPS Honors ensembles are auditioned and may not have representation from each school.

MCPS All-County ensembles are designed to have each school represented. There is a nomination component and an audition component to these ensembles. 

Additionally, Maryland All State ensembles are similar to MCPS Honors ensembles. They are auditioned ensembles and may not have representation from each school or school district.
