All potential chaperones (not MCPS high school students, see below) must do the following to volunteer for MCPS:
Fill out our FOMS Outdoor Ed Chaperone Form which walks you through the steps and lets us know you are interested!
Volunteer Background Screening Packet through MCPS or American Identity Solutions (AIS)
Child Protective Services Background Clearance Request (must be typed and notarized)
Complete the Online Recognizing Child Abuse and Neglect Training
