To give staff the opportunity to meet with the RP Core Team Members, at a time that works best for them, to ask questions, seek additional support, voice concerns, get clarification etc. for anything surrounding RP.

The Restorative Justice Team Leaders at Forest Oak offer additional support to staff and students such as facilitate restorative conversations between teacher and student, offer a teacher outreach request form and restorative support for classroom concerns.

To development understanding, skills and strategies to help with student interaction, classroom and overall school climate.

Voluntary virtual discussion opportunities for staff on topics surrounding Race and Equity or on other topics that may be on hearts and minds to further support our students and each other!

A Listening Circle is a circle that provides circle members with an opportunity to share whatever is on their minds. Talking Circles are similar to Listening Circles. The difference between the two is that there is a back and forth and exchange of thoughts and ideas in Talking Circles.

Fun Friday Chats or Chill ‘n’ Chats allow staff to stay connected by playing games, catching up or just simply feeling a sense of normalcy. It always helps to engage with those who know and understand the plates that are being juggled.
