How does the Parent Community Coordinator help students and families?
Home-school liaison to help ESOL-students' families engage and support students
Connecting families to school/ community resources and support families in meetings, personal and school concerns.
Help ESOL-student families understand MCPS programs, curriculum, services, policies and procedures.
Assist with informal translation and language support for school meetings, workshops and other events.
Support MCPS extended summer learning and enrichment programs.
