The Division of Food and Nutrition Services (DFNS) is thrilled to support your upcoming MCPS event! Our dedicated team is committed to offering creative, nutritious, and delicious options that will surpass your expectations every time. Whether it’s a sports banquet, training, or PTA meeting, you can rely on us!

ORDERING GUIDELINES

Advanced Notice

All orders should be placed a minimum of 10 business days in advance. 

Last-minute Requests

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute orders, so please reach out. It may require flexibility on the menu, but we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Food Allergies

Please inform us of any food allergies in your party before placing your order.

Delivery Hours

Typical delivery hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Deliveries made outside of these hours may incur an additional fee.

Orders can be picked up from 8401 Turkey Thicket Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879, outside of delivery hours, at no cost, with advance notice.

Minimum Order

Any orders less than $100 can be picked up from 8401 Turkey Thicket Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879. 

Guest Count

Guest counts may be adjusted up to 10 percent from the original number provided, with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. We will make every effort to accommodate changes exceeding 10 percent. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requires a minimum of 72 business hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur costs for services rendered.

Payment Process

After your event, DFNS Accounting will provide you with an invoice for services rendered. Payments may be made either via journal voucher or check.
