Quick answers about borrowing, lost books, and how to get involved — plus reading you can share at home.
We have unlimited book checkout at the Blair Library Media Center (LMC). Take what you can care for.
Let us know — we'll find it or arrange a fair replacement. Our goal is to keep Blazers reading, not penalties.
Students receive monthly overdue notices in their school email accounts. We do not charge overdue fines. However, if a book is lost or damaged, they replace it or pay for a copy to put back into the LMC. Unpaid replacement fees may prevent students from receiving a cap and gown.
Visit the LMC before school, during lunch, or after school for Chromebook assistance. During classes, students must use the loaner computers in their classrooms. Students who visit the LMC during classes will be sent back to class. For all Chromebook issues, contact Mr. Hammond or the MCPS Help Desk at 240-740-9000
