Math Department

The Blake Math Department is made up of enthusiastic, dedicated teachers who are looking forward to teaching your children next year.  As a Signature Fine Arts and Humanities school, we are known for the strength of those academic programs.  However, we still offer all the same STEM courses other MCPS high schools offer.  We offer everything from Algebra 1 to Advanced Placement Statistics, Advanced Placement Calculus and Multivariable Calculus.  We will challenge your child.  We will grow their problem solving capacity. We will build their math confidence.

Related Math, Algebra 1, Geometry and Honors Geometry, Algebra 2, Honors Algebra 2, Precalculus and Honors Precalculus, Statistics and Mathematical Modeling (SaMM), Financial Math, Honors Statistics, Calculus with Applications, Advanced Placement Statistics, Advanced Placement Calculus AB and BC, Multivariable Calculus.
