Black Eyed Susan Reading program

Readers Wanted!

Do you like to read?  Do you like parties?  Are you looking for new books (ebooks) to read?

Well then, the Black-Eyed Susan Reading Program is for you!  Every year, librarians from across the state of Maryland select awesome books for kids and young adults for the BES Program.  Briggs Chaney students who read at least three current BES nominated books, and submit a Google form for each one, are invited to our voting party each spring.

Last Spring 2021, we held our voting party virtually and had a lot of fun!

Please visit our mymcps Classroom/Media Center or select this link BES Button to see the nominated titles and other information on how to borrow the BES ebooks and to fill out the Google Form.
