Back-to-School Night Information

Virtual Back to School Night Resource Page
In-Person
Our in-person program will start at 6:00 pm. Families will go directly to their child’s homeroom class where they will hear about important information including a welcome message from the administrative team and counseling department. At the sound of the bell, parents will travel to each of their child’s 7 classes. We will have your child’s schedule available for you in person but it is also available in the Parentvue portal under “class schedule”. Here is the bell schedule:
Homeroom - 6:00-6:10
1 - 6:15-6:25
2 - 6:30 - 6:40
3 - 6:45 - 6:55
4 - 7:00 - 7:10
5 - 7:15 - 7:25
6 - 7:30 - 7:40
7 - 7:45 - 7:55
Virtual
Virtually, all families can view pre-recorded information at any time such as welcome videos, information videos, and individually pre-recorded videos from teachers describing their course. All of these resources can be found here on our Virtual Back to School Night Resource page or on our website on the 2022-2023 Back to School information page under “Back to School Night Information”.

Shady Grove Middle School 2022-2023 Noche de Regreso a la Escuel
Por favor unase a nosotros para nuestro Noche de Regreso a la Escuela mañana, Jueves, 1ero de Septiembre! Este año ofreceremos a familias la oportunidad para unirse y recibir mas informacion sobre nuestra escuela en persona o por medio virtual.
En Persona
Nuestro programa en person comiensa a las 6:00pm. Familias se van a dirijir primeramenta a la clase inicial llamada “homeroom” donde escucharan informacion importante incluyendo un mensaje de bienvenida del equipo administrativo y departamento de consejeria. Al sonido del timbre escolar, padres iran a cada uno de las 7 clases de su hijo(a). Tendremos una copia del horario de sus hijos disponible en person pero tambien pueden verlo en la aplicacion de Parentvue bajo “class schedule”. Este es el horario del timbre escolara para mañana en la noche:
