VR Experience: Vauquois (open by clicking on it on the desktop of the VR lab teacher computer)
In this experience, students will walk through a tunnel. As the students walk through the tunnel, they are given details with pictures and graphics that explain tunnel warfare during WWI. The student in the VR set should start in the corner and walk slowly through the tunnel.
Here are two hyperdocs and an edpuzzle video to go along with the experience. The Hyperdocs are "view only". You will need to make a copy to use them.

Google Earth
ELL students will work on the hyperdoc below as they rotate through the VR space. Students will explore their home countries in Google Earth and share knowledge with their classmates.
Fantastic Contraptions and Unity
VR Experience- Fantastic Contraptions
Software application- Unity
Students will rotate through the Fantastic Contraption VR experience. This experience gives students the opportunity to build simple machines. The students who are not in the VR space will work through tutorials on how to use Unity. Unity is the software used by many to develop 3D experiences.

Job Simulator
VR Experience- Job Simulator
Students will rotate through the Job Simulator VR experience. This experience gives students the opportunity to explore multiple jobs (auto mechanic, office worker, chef, store clerk). The students who are not in the VR space will work through the hyperdoc linked below. The hyperdoc includes developing a resumé, developing interview questions, and exploring other career options.
Language Arts - Creative Writing
Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes, Tilt brush, Job Simulator, the Blu
Students explore different VR experiences and write based on one of the prompts below.
1. Imagine the future world. Will we have more VR experiences? What does that future look like? Think of "Ready Player One" or a world overgrown with technology. How does this world look different...is it a good change or a bad one... Show me this world. (Tell this as a story)
2. Descriptive Writing: After going through the VR experience, write about what you saw/did with as much description as you can. Imagine showing this experience to someone who hasn't done it. (Tell this as a moment stuck in time)
