- Writing as a Naturalist
- Writing Fiction
- Writing Persuasive Essays
- Writing Poetry
- Writing Firsthand Accounts
Throughout writing we will be learning key skills that will help students become better writers. Students will learn the different types of writing. Students will be asked to participate in a county wide writing assessment students typically take in March. Students will demonstrate their ability to write to a prompt using the writing process, determining the type of writing needing to be used based on the prompt, grammar/spelling, and punctuation.
