Our new CABE chapter proudly unites the former MCDL (Madera County Dual Language, Chapter 25) and Fresno-Madera (Chapter 41) communities into one regional collaborative. Our chapter, which now serves Merced, Mariposa, Madera, Fresno, Kings, and Tulare counties, upholds CABE’s vision of Biliteracy, Multicultural Competency, and Educational Equity for All. Guided by CABE’s mission, we are committed to advancing biliteracy, fostering multicultural understanding, and supporting equitable educational opportunities by promoting initiatives that build capacity across our region so that English learners and all diverse students graduate college-, career-, and globally-prepared to reach their fullest potential.
