How do we engage all our stakeholders and foster student agency?

Registration for the Winter Leadership Conference includes:
2.5 days of workshops and programming that addresses relevant topics faced in different areas of Middle/Early Colleges
3 Buffet Breakfasts
2 Buffet Lunches
Unlimited Coffee & Tea
1 Cocktail Reception with Light Bites
Fees

Member Schools:
$1,100 (Before 12/29/25)
$1,225 (After 12/29/25)
Non-Member Schools:
$1,225 (Before 12/29/25)
$1,350 (After 12/29/25)
Hotel:
Hotel fees are additional and accommodations must be made separately online. The Group Discounted Rate is available through January 26, 2026 or until the rooms in the block sell out.

Conference fees are refundable if cancelled before January 9, 2026.
MCNC's contract with the conference venue requires an advanced commitment to room and food & beverage minimums. Therefore, MCNC must receive payment from your organization by January 9, 2026.
Purchase orders may be sent to Gina at gluczaj@mcnc.us.
A credit card may be used to pay at the time of registration or by logging in to your account afterwards. If no credit card is used, an invoice will be sent to the Billing Contact provided.
Please note the following:
All high school personnel must be registered by the school principal or his/her designee.
For maximum impact, it is recommended that a team of at least three people attend, including the high school principal, faculty member, and college partner. Expanded teams, or other combinations of personnel are of course always welcome.
