April Assignment Options during the COVID 19
Each student will choose and complete 6 of the 10 options below and send a summary of activities completed and/or photos to me at waltersg@mcnairy.org by May 1st. (Email me with any questions you may have...)
- watch 2 youtube videos each week (total of 6) and write a summary paragraph and document each link. You can search Alex's rebuilds, collision repair how to, or dirtyjobs with Mike Rowe.
- research jobs related to transportation on the internet in the area. Report how many are available and what types of workers are needed. Any other details would be great.
- wash a vehicle - exterior
- clean /detail a vehicle - interior
- check the oil, headlights, tire pressure, other fluids on any available vehicles
- do yard work to beautify any area around your home - mow, rake, trim, etc.
- wash windows on your car or house
- work on a derby car - must weigh less than 5 ounces to qualify when we ever get a chance to race them...can order on line or build your own. All specs are online if you google those.
- build a model car from a kit - also available online
- describe the current situation and how you feel about it. Tell me your concerns, your observations, and what you are doing to stay safe and balanced. At least 3 paragraphs...
