Transcript Requests

Students who plan to transfer credits earned through the Health Science Careers Academy to their future

college or university should first confirm the institution’s transfer policies. While Rutgers SHP issues

official transcripts, transfer decisions are ultimately made by the receiving institution. Students are

encouraged to speak with an academic advisor or registrar at their future school before requesting

a transcript. Students must confirm that coursework is complete and a record has been created at the:

SHP Office of the Registrar at: enrollmentservices@shp.rutgers.edu

After coursework has been confirmed as complete with their record created, students will be provided

with a link to the transcript request site, instructions for requesting a transcript, and their SHP

student identification number necessary for requesting their transcripts. Student’s will also have the

option to request electronic “E-Transcripts”.
