ATI TEAS Test
Register online at www.atitesting.com
If you have already completed the ATI TEAS LPN test, please request that ATI send your official transcript to Middlesex County Magnet School.
See restrictions regarding submission of the results below
(60% minimum overall TEAS test score required)
Your TEAS test must be current- taken in the past two years. The official ATI transcript of your TEAS test result must be received
by November 14, 2025 to be considered for acceptance into the Spring 2026 program.
(Please note that enrollment in the Spring 2026 Practical Nursing Program is not guaranteed. Available slots are limited, & admission is competitive. Applicants with higher TEAS scores will be prioritized during the selection process.)
Copies of the documents listed below must be provided
(Important: Please do not submit any personal documents (ID, transcripts, Social Security number, etc.) until you receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your application and payment)
A copy of your Driver's License or state-issued ID
A signed copy of your Social Security card
One (1) of the following items: Birth Certificate, Valid Employment Authorization C, Naturalization Certificate, or a current USA passport
A copy of your High School Diploma, Official Transcript, or a Foreign Transcript Evaluation
(Puerto Rico, the Philippines, and Canada are exempt from providing a foreign transcript evaluation)
After being accepted into the program, you must attend a mandatory orientation session with our program staff.
Must complete all necessary documents provided during orientation before the first day of class.
