Course Description

The Culinary Arts program at East Brunswick Magnet School is designed to provide students with comprehensive culinary training that prepares them for entry-level positions in the foodservice industry and equips them with essential life skills. The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical hands-on experience, emphasizing safety, sanitation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management. Throughout the course, students will earn their ServSafe Food Handlers Certification and ServSafe Food Managers Certification, recognized industry standards for food safety and sanitation.Â
