 To receive CE Credit or a certificate of completion you must sign-in to CME Tracker and create an account . Navigate to my portal then claim credit. You will be prompted to put in the Activity-specific code: 35376 and complete an evaluation. Please complete the evaluation within 30 days of this activity.
