Team Composition:
Each team consists of four cadets, including at least one female.
First Lap:
At the start signal, cadets pick up the ammo cans.
Ammo cans must be carried below the waist (not on hips or shoulders).
Complete the lap while carrying the ammo cans.
Transition to Second Lap:
Place ammo cans on the field (not on the track) for safety.
Second Lap (Ruck Run):
Each cadet picks up their ruck and completes the lap while carrying it.
Every cadet must finish the lap with their ruck.
Transition to Third Lap:
Place rucks on the field.
Third Lap (Litter Carry):
Cadets carry a pre-weighted (~150 lb) litter around the track.
Final Lap:
The entire team runs together.
Throughout the Event:
Team must stay within one arm’s length of each other.
Must finish as a team.

Takes place in the indoor athletic facility and back soccer fields.

Course consists of three events:
Sled Pull/Push
Deadlift & Farmer’s Walk
1-Lap Rifle Run with Inclined Assault
Event 1: Sled Pull/Push
Three male cadets take turns pushing a 160 lb sled for 45 yards.
Female cadet pulls a 135 lb sled for the final leg.
Event 2: Deadlift & Farmer’s Walk
Each male cadet deadlifts 100 lbs for 10 reps.
After deadlifts, they walk or run 45 yards with the loaded bar to their teammate.
Female cadet deadlifts 70 lbs for 10 reps, then follows the same process.
Event 3: 1-Lap Rifle Run with Inclined Assault
All cadets carry an M1903 rifle and run a full lap around the soccer fields.
Team must stay within one arm’s distance of each other.
Upon reaching the Inclined Assault section:
Cadets run up the hill in modified Port Arms.
Must follow marked routes for consistency.
Race Conclusion:
Teams return to the indoor athletic facility through the starting door.
Clock stops upon entry.

The pull-ups are not timed events and will be scored by the number of pull-ups executed correctly. Arms must come to a full extension, no kipping allowed, and the chin must clear the bar. A team will only be disqualified for this event if they do not meet the four-member requirement.

Cadets must place their palms flat on the mat with thumbs directly under their shoulders, ensuring their body remains in a straight line from shoulders ot feet, including the shoulders, back, hips, and buttocks. Four points of contact (hands and feet) must be maintained at all times. Upon the command to start, cadets will lower their bodies by bending their elbows while keeping a straight posture until their chest touches the sensor of the electronic counter. They must follow the designated rhythm and return ot the starting position with arms fully extended and elbows locked before initiating the next repetition. At no time may any body part other than the hands and feet touch the surface. Sweatshirts are not authorized during this event.
Team Composition:
Each team consists of four cadets.
Separate competitions for all-male and all-female teams.
Starting Positions:
Two cadets start at the starting line.
Two cadets line up 50 yards away at the opposite end.
Competition Flow:
The first pair flips the tire toward the opposite end, ensuring it crosses beyond the 50-yard line.
Once the tire has fully crossed the line, the next pair flips it back toward the starting point.
This cycle continues until all four cadets have flipped the tire the required 50 yards.
Rules & Restrictions:
The tire must not be rolled, thrown, or carried.
No devices or equipment may be used to assist in flipping the tire.
The entire tire must completely pass the cone before the next cadet begins their turn.
Team Composition:

Three types of teams:
All-Male Team – No weight restrictions.
All-Female Team – No weight restrictions.
Flyweight Team – Cadets must weigh 130 lbs or less.
Flyweight Team Eligibility:
Cadets on the Flyweight team must weigh 130 lbs or less.
Weigh-in occurs first thing in the morning.
Weigh-in is conducted in boots and utilities (utes) with a 6.2 lbs deduction for uniform weight.
No exceptions – Maintain the 130 lbs per cadet limit.
Starting Position & Execution:
Teams begin with their feet closest to the rope and bodies in the prone push-up position.
On the command "PUSHUP!", cadets execute a push-up and await the whistle blast.
At the whistle blast, cadets rotate, grasp the rope, and begin pulling in the opposite direction.
This process continues until a winner is determined by another whistle blast.
Bracket Format:
This is a bracketed event.
Teams will be composed of cadets who show up on the day of the event.
