You may send your form to McKinney ISD to complete the employer section to:

Service records are issued by request only and are generally available 30 days after the last day of employment or 30 days after the request form is received, whichever is later.
Records for end of school year resignations are not available until mid-August.

W2 Form - The Wage and Tax Statement is the form that reflects an employee's income earned and taxes withheld from the prior year to be reported on the employee's income tax returns. The Payroll department issues electronic W2 forms by the end of January, and delivers them to former employees via email (to the personal email address on record).
