Meet the Teacher
My name is Mrs. Spannuth. I have been at McIntosh Middle for 15 years and have taught 7th and 8th Grade Math as well as Algebra I. This year I am teaching Middle School Business Management & Finance to 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
I graduated from McIntosh County Academy and went to Valdosta State University where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. After deciding to become a teacher, I enrolled at Georgia Southern University and received my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Advanced Instruction.
I am married and have a daughter and 8 cats. I love all kinds of animals (unless they are birds, frogs, or lizards) and have a major obsession with Disney.
My main goal this year is for each of my students be successful in what they do and accomplish. I am so excited to have you all in my class this year.
