Awards
Medals will be awarded to places 1st-3rd on all three levels. Team awards will be the combined scores of A & B levels.
Meet Format
The ABC format allows each team to enter one athlete per event at each level. This year, each team will also have"B" group relays.

General Information
1. The track is a 6-lane 200-meter Mondo surface with 8 lanes down the straight.
2. Long jump and pole vault runways have the same surface.
3. SPIKES are allowed. However, shoes with spikes must be worn for the event only. Athletes caught with spikes on any surface other than the track will be immediately disqualified and your program may run the risk of not being invited back.
4. Shot put will be thrown on a wood surface on the turf field.
5. High jump will take place on the infield on a multipurpose surface. Rubber-soled shoes only.
6. We will not have locker room facilities available. Please have your athletes come to the facility dressed to compete. Bathrooms are located around the track or in the lobby. Team camps will be permitted in the North Gymnasium.
7. Concessions will be available throughout the meet in the North Cafeteria. Only water is allowed in the Fieldhouse. Please note: no gum, candy, or drinks with dye are permitted in the Fieldhouse.

Additional Notes
The 4x200 relay will be run as a 3-turn stagger.
The 400 & 4x400 relay will be run as a 2-turn stagger.
The clerk of the course will be in the room located at the south end of the straight away.
Please have your athletes on time for their event.
CONDUCT OF COMPETITION: We will only allow competing athletes and coaches on the track during the meet. All spectators must remain in the stands for the duration of the invite.
WARM-UP LOGISTICS: Teams will have access to the Turf Room for warm ups after the track closes at 8:45am. If weather permits, the Stadium track and North Turf Field will also be available for warm-ups.
ATHLETE CHECK-IN: Athletes in all RUNNING EVENTS must check-in with the clerk of the course located in the Fieldhouse Wrestling Room 15 minutes prior to their race. Athletes should be ready when reporting to the clerk’s room. If the race permits, the clerk will also distribute hip numbers. Athletes will also receive final instructions for their event at this time. After receiving
hip numbers, athletes should remain in the clerk’s room until called to the start line. FIELD EVENT athletes must also formally check in with their event staff.
