Resource Make-Up

Students may ask their physical education teacher for a pass to leave resource and join another physical education class already in session. Students must receive approval from their teacher and the teacher of the class they will be entering, before a pass will be given. Students must abide by all rules and fully participate the entire period. PE Make Up forms must be signed by the host physical education instructor and returned by the student to their physical education teacher.

or Cambria, 12-point font (hint: this instruction sheet is in Cambria 12 point font) on this article. Within the one page summary, you must answer the following questions:

a. What is the title of this article?

b. What is the main topic of this article?

c. What two interesting facts did you learn from this article?

d. How can you apply what you learned from this article specifically to

your life?

3. The heading of your paper should include your name, your class period,

and the date you were absent. NO OTHER INFORMATION SHOULD BE

INCLUDED (ex. The date, the teacher, the class title, etc)

4. You must include a link to the article on the bottom of your paper. If
