I learned on BrainPop that an alien is basically anything that is not from Earth. Scientists think that some aliens may be like bacteria here on Earth. Our galaxy contains about 100 billion stars, so there are lots of places for aliens to live!

I was playing Little Alchemy and I made a mountain using Earth and Earthquake. Then I went to BrainPop and watched part of a video to learn that earthquakes actually do make mountains.

I used Little Alchemy and I made a diamond out of coal and pressure. In order to see if that was really how diamonds are made, I tried to find a video on BrainPop, with no luck. So then I did a quick Google search and found this information.

I learned about gears on BrainPop. Most machines use gears. Sometimes, gears are connected with chain. My bike is an example of this. Big gears turn with more power than smaller gears.
