As the Coordinator for the MCESC-Educational Assessment Team (EAT) and the Autism and Low Incidence Coaching Team (ACT) Lisa continues to provide support as a licensed school psychologist alongside these highly qualified and specialized groups of professionals.
She is an alumnus from the University of Dayton School Psychologist Program and member of NASP and OSPA. With over 20 years of experience as a school psychologist including her start as an intervention specialist, she has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities, their families and the teachers who serve this special population of students.
Andrea is a school psychologist on MCESC's Educational Assessment Team where she conducts autism evaluations, Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs), behavioral consultations, and provides extensive consultation, support, and training to area practitioners. She has worked as a school psychologist for the past eight years in public school settings in Ohio. She earned her undergraduate degree from Wright State University and graduate degrees from University of Cincinnati. She is currently a member of NASP and OSPA.
Amy is a certified Speech-Language Pathologist on the MCESC- Educational Assessment Team. She specializes in Augmentative / Alternative Communication (AAC), Assistive Technology (A.T.) for accommodating reading and written expression, and is formally trained and certified in the identification and intervention of individuals with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. She received an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders at Ohio's Bowling Green State University, received a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Florida’s Nova Southeastern University, and is licensed through the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association. With over 20 years of experience she has taught courses related to AAC and A.T. at the university level, has provided direct therapy for students with multiple disabilities in various medical, clinical, home health, and educational settings, and currently conducts school-based AAC, A.T., & Autism evaluations.

Dr. Pat Skidmore is an Audiologist on the Educational Assessment Team (EAT). Her primary role as the EAT Audiologist includes providing hearing and auditory processing evaluations and working with educational teams to determine appropriate supports for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students. She is a Listening and Spoken Language Specialist certified by AGBell and a fluent signer. Dr. Skidmore has a special focus area on language development in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing population from birth to age five.
Jeanette is our licensed Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) on the Educational Assessment Team (EAT). Her primary role includes completing Functional Vision Assessments (FVA), Learning Media Assessments (LMA) and providing consultation to area school districts needing support for children with visual impairments and blindness. As a TVI she is licensed to serve children and adults of all age levels across a variety of educational settings. She has had the pleasure of teaching students pre-academic skills, academic skills, daily living skills, braille, use of visual aids, and use of technology to access the curriculum and other environments like their same age peers. Jeanette has enjoyed both classroom and itinerant teaching of students within school districts, including her now more than 20+ years as an Itinerant TVI across the Miami Valley Region. She continually strives to educate students, families, and a wide variety of district staff about the needs, skills, independence and resources for individuals who are visually impaired or blind. Jeanette’s license as a Teacher of the Multi-handicapped (K-12) for students with mild to severe disabilities and Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education has equipped her with a unique skills set and perspective on evaluating and educating children who may have other disabilities. Her personal belief is that all individuals have the ability to learn and can work toward their personal independence
Hallie Greenfield is the Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist (COMS) on the Educational Assessment Team (EAT). For 20 years, she has been certified nationally (AER/ACVREP) and licensed in the State of Ohio as an O&M Specialist serving school age children and adults. Her primary role as the EAT O&M Specialist is conducting individually tailored evaluations to assist in determining the travel and safety related needs for visually impaired and blind students within the educational setting, as well as at home and within the community. Hallie’s eclectic background from her experience as a Deafblind Specialist, Counselor, and Artist have all been instrumental in molding her into the creative and empathetic professional that she is today. She strives to make herself available to anyone who is in need of information regarding O&M; to her role(s) as the EAT O&M Specialist; to provide support and assistance; and to offer a smile. In addition, Hallie has had the honor of teaching and mentoring new O&M Specialists over the years helping them to develop their unique instructional styles and fostering a love for their chosen profession, as well as for the special population that she and others serve.
Mary is the administrative assistant to the Educational Assessment Team and Autism and Low-Incidence Coaching Team. In addition to these teams, she has worked for other MCESC specialized departments including Hearing Intervention gaining over 30 years of experience in ‘behind the scenes’ work supporting students with disabilities. Mary is well-known and respected within and across the school communities that are served through MCESC. She always has a friendly smile to share, keeps the referral process moving forward and people know they are in good hands when Mary is involved in responding to school district and family requests.
