A Whole New World

“Another world is not only possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing.” - Arundhati Roy

What do you know about change in the environment and society to imagine a world, a species, and a civilization that has been changed due to the progression on time.

The Gateway Museum in Old Fort has requested a Future of the World exhibit. It is up to you and your team to create a vision of the future for the world that will be. To help you in your exhibit use current data to outline the parameters of the “pick your own future,” its effects on humankind and the animal world. You will then propose a clear path to avoid it. You will create items for a museum that will depict what the world will be like in 100 years, 100,000 years, and 1 million years from now. It will be up to your team to decide if what happens will be good for humanity or bad, but all of your decisions must be based off of hard research. Each display item you create will need to be of museum level quality as they will be showed off in a Museum of the Future Night here at FCS. So, what does the future hold?
