CommonLit- Log in with your school Google account. This website will be used for both mainline and supplemental curriculum instruction. Assignments will include a range of both literary and informational texts to practice for state testing and gain comfort in using the computer for assessments. Data from this site allows me to monitor progress and differentiate assignments for students.

InfOhio- Access is automatically granted at school. Please see me for the district's log-in verification if working from home. Alternatively, this was also provided at the beginning of the year so check your planner. This website allows us to cull a variety of information from academic, peer-reviewed source material. The content is scrutinized to the highest degree to ensure accuracy and validity, more so than a typical ".com" website. We will use various research techniques to create and synthesize information for both writings and presentations.

Merriam-Webster Dictionary- This is the preferred online dictionary to be used for class vocabulary assignments and general word knowledge. Most words have the required definitions as well as etymology (word origin), sample sentences to help learn the appropriate context for which to use each word, and a thesaurus to explore similar words and meanings.
