Staff are responsible for supporting individuals in both home and community settings while adhering to Individual Support Plans (ISPs) and agency policies.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Supporting community integration and participation
• Implementing behavior support strategies
• Promoting independence and skill development
• Ensuring health and safety at all times
• Completing accurate and timely documentation using the Therap electronic health record system
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Must have a valid North Carolina Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Must have a registered and insured vehicle in good working condition available for use during working hours
• Must pass a national criminal background check
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Additional hours may be required for training, meetings, and special events
