We aim to have four main events each year, and these concerts give our students real opportunities to perform, grow, be assessed, and represent the College in a meaningful way.

Make sure every event has a clear purpose (curriculum or community)
Keep things sustainable for staff and manage TiL responsibly
Create authentic performance opportunities where students can show real development
Give parents and younger students a clear picture of where the program is heading
Provide leadership opportunities for senior students, while helping them reflect on their journey
