Gained communication skills- new perspective of other opinions. It's most important to focus on the process as opposed to the answer. Creative way of learning math. Students work together well and teachers are able to go in depth and do Stats & Probability! A change of pace for the teacher as they become a "backseat driver". 

Student Comments: It's a fun class. Teamwork=Dreamwork! Learn how to ask questions and how to work as a team. It's the best class! Different type of learning environment. Hands- On learning. Realistic lessons that we will see in life such as buying a house, and the road trip lessons.

Students who didn't like math, now like math. We work their brains - students are experiencing a new way of learning and the process of getting to the answer. We are training their brain to problem solve.

Student Comments: This is the most chill class. Our teachers are open minded and explain things well. They are friendly, helpful and treat us like regular human beings. There is more than one way to get to an answer. The class has taught me the most math and I've gained real life math that I can use outside of school in the real world such as budgeting, credit cards, and planning a road trip. It's a good class all around. 

NORTH CANTON HOOVER HIGH SCHOOL

Student Comments: It doesn't feel like math. It's not your typical math class. We've developed critical skills to prepare us for adult life. The class is engaging, interactive and we've learned skills that we can use in life such as teamwork and critical thinking. It is project based and students should take it with an open mind. The teacher is amazing! He is intelligent, outgoing personality, fun and helpful.
