Our Intention
Marhaba is dedicated to welcoming converts in the Bay Area into the faith and into the community with educational programs, social events, and companionship. Our intention is to provide a compassionate and inclusive environment that fosters spiritual growth and meaningful connections where every convert feels valued and supported.
Behind the Name
"Marhaba" means "welcome" in Arabic, and at our organization, it represents our commitment to creating a warm and inclusive environment for everyone. Whether you are a new Muslim, a lifelong believer, or simply curious about our faith, we welcome you with open arms and are here to support you on your journey.
Would you like company to attend jummah (Friday prayers)? A halaqa (an educational lecture)? Subha (community building event)? Fill out this form to get connected with a fellow Muslim (of the same gender) who can accompany you to the masjid and other Muslim events.
