Attendance Policy
Attendance Policy
If a student misses school, we ask that the student makes up the work that they missed.
We update our Google Classrooms to help students be more organized and see what is happening each day in class
If there is a planned absence, please communicate with us so we can help the student plan accordingly.

We will be starting the year working through numerical expressions and factors, fractions and decimals, and ratios and rates.
We will also be working on our daily math practice every morning to hit all sixth-grade math standards.

We are currently working on our "Personal Narrative Writing Unit".
Students use their "Online Writers Notebooks" to complete various writing sessions.
Students generate and form ideas that they will have the opportunity to choose for their final writing piece.
